The Organisation

Founded on the belief that cultural work should be both locally rooted and globally connected, ALIF engages in collaborations that cross geographic, disciplinary, and linguistic boundaries. Guided by our core values of Boldness, Excellence, Respect, and Integrity, we create work that is culturally resonant, socially engaged, and artistically rigorous. Our work has been presented in theatres, festivals, and unconventional spaces, reaching audiences across India and internationally. 

Creative Producing at ALIF is about more than putting on a show. It is an act of meticulous artistry and deep collaboration, from concept development to final performance. We produce original works, tours, and festival presentations that push artistic boundaries while holding space for intimate, human connection.

Creative Capacity Building is our investment in the future of the arts. Through mentorship programs, workshops, residencies, and sector development initiatives, we support artists, producers, and cultural leaders to refine their craft, expand their networks, and develop the skills needed to thrive in an evolving creative economy.
